Our Commitment
beycome is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work continuously to enhance the accessibility, usability, and user experience of our website and services, while adhering to established accessibility standards and guidelines. We believe that everyone — regardless of ability, technology, or circumstance — deserves equal access to real estate information and services.
Standards We Follow
beycome strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our website meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA and is partially conformant with Level AAA.
- Level A: Basic accessibility features — fully supported
- Level AA: Enhanced accessibility features — fully supported
- Level AAA: Highest level accessibility — partially supported where feasible
WCAG 2.1 success criteria are organized under four principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR). Our ongoing efforts target compliance across all four principles.
Accessibility Features
beycome has implemented the following features to improve accessibility:
- Semantic HTML5 structure with proper heading hierarchy
- ARIA landmarks and labels on interactive elements
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the site
- Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Text resizable up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Alt text for meaningful images; decorative images are marked as presentational
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
- Form fields with associated labels and descriptive error messages
- Skip navigation link to bypass repetitive content
- No content that flashes more than 3 times per second
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Known limitations include:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible — we are working to remediate or replace these
- Certain third-party embedded content (maps, widgets) may have accessibility constraints outside our direct control
- Some complex data tables may not have full screen reader support — we are actively improving these
We are committed to continuously improving and resolving these issues. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please report it using the contact information below.
Third-Party Content
beycome uses third-party services including Google Maps, payment processors, and marketing tools. While we select partners who prioritize accessibility, we cannot fully control the accessibility of third-party content. Where third-party tools are not accessible, we will work to provide accessible alternatives or contact information to assist you.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
beycome is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (iOS/macOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Voice recognition software: Dragon NaturallySpeaking
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browser zoom and text magnification
- High contrast mode
For the best experience with assistive technology, we recommend using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with your preferred assistive technology.
Legal Basis
beycome's accessibility commitment is guided by:
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III — prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in places of public accommodation, including websites
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act — federal accessibility standards for electronic and information technology
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the W3C
We view accessibility not merely as a legal obligation but as a core value. Our goal is full and equal access for all users.
