Overview
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) provides copyright owners with recourse against online infringement. beycome respects intellectual property rights and complies with the DMCA. If you believe that content available on or through beycome.com infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Agent using the procedure described below.
Takedown Notice Requirements
A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following elements, as set forth in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, including the URL(s) or sufficient information to locate the material;
- Contact information for the complaining party, including full name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- A dated signature of the person submitting the notice.
Notices that do not include all required elements may not be acted upon. Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice may expose you to civil or criminal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send your completed DMCA notice to our Designated Agent by email or mail:

Upon receipt of a valid notice, beycome will: (1) remove or disable access to the infringing material; (2) notify the user who posted the content; and (3) take reasonable steps to prevent future infringement by that user. We will endeavor to process valid notices within 10 business days.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which beycome may be found;
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, beycome will: (1) forward a copy to the original complainant; and (2) restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies beycome that it has filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, beycome has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at beycome's sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat copyright infringers. beycome may also limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is any repeat infringement.
Misrepresentation Warning
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or beycome.
