Information We Collect

Information Provided at Registration. In order to register for a beycome Account, you must enter your name, email address, and create a password. Alternatively, you may register using your Facebook or Google account — in which case, the applicable third party will provide us with your name, email address, language preference, and profile picture.

Payment Information. To process payments, you will need to provide your name, billing address, and financial instrument information. This information is necessary for us to process your payments as directed.

Supplemental Information. You may provide supplemental information to facilitate buying, selling, or renting a property, including property address, birthdate, government-issued ID, photographs, videos, reviews, and ratings.

UPON UPLOADING ANY IMAGES THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OF THE IMAGES OR HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER TO GRANT BEYCOME A LICENSE. IF YOU CANNOT CERTIFY THIS, DO NOT UPLOAD THE IMAGE.

Information Collected Automatically

Generally. When you interact with the Website or Service, we automatically collect certain information including: browser type, IP address, operating system, pageviews, dates and times of use, geographic location, search terms, usage preferences, and online behavior related to the Website or Service.

Mobile Use. If you access the Service via a mobile device, we automatically collect device identifiers, carrier information, available wireless networks, physical location, sensor data, and other information available through the operating system. You may disable location tracking in your device settings; however, some features may not function without it.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. beycome uses HTML, Flash, device cookies, beacons, clear GIFs or pixels, and similar tracking technologies to personalize your experience and improve our Service. By using the Service and accepting this Privacy Policy, including when creating an account on beycome.com or interacting with the platform, you expressly consent to be contacted by beycome and its affiliated entities via telephone, email, and SMS/text message.

How We Share and Disclose Information

Generally. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, share, or otherwise transfer your Personal Information to third parties. We share your Personal Information with other Users, hosting partners, and trusted third parties only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service or comply with law.

Other Users. To provide the Service, we share certain Personal Information with the User you decide to transact with — such as your name and contact information. We will never share your Account password or financial information with another User.

Third Party Service Providers. We may share your Personal Information with service providers who assist with payment processing, analytics, hosting, security, marketing, and technical support. These providers are contractually bound to process only the limited data necessary to perform their tasks.

Third Party Services. If you submit a request for related third-party services (such as title, mortgage, or moving), you consent to beycome sharing your Personal Information with those applicable third parties for purposes related to your request.

Subsidiaries and Affiliates. We may share your Personal Information with beycome subsidiaries and affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. Our affiliates include Beycome Brokerage Realty LLC, Beycome of Florida LLC, Beycome Brokerage Realty Inc., Beycome of Connecticut, Beycome Title of Florida LLC, and Beycome Mortgage LLC.

Business Transfers. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, or similar event, Personal Information may be part of the transferred assets. We will notify you before your Personal Information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

How We Store and Safeguard Information

We store your Personal Information only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. We take commercially reasonable security precautions including password-controlled servers and SSL encryption for sensitive transmissions. However, no method of transmission over the internet is absolutely secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Google Maps

beycome uses Google Maps/Earth APIs to enhance your experience. Use of Google Maps/Earth is subject to Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Information on Minors

You must be 18 years or older to use the Website or Service. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from persons under 18. If you believe a minor has provided Personal Information to us, contact us at contact@beycome.com and we will delete that information from our databases. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet usage.

Unsolicited Information

This Privacy Policy does not apply to unsolicited information you provide through the Website or Service, including public comments, blog posts, ideas, or other submissions ("Unsolicited Information"). All Unsolicited Information is deemed non-confidential. However, if your Personal Information is included in any Unsolicited Information, we will process it in compliance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

CAN-SPAM Act

beycome is committed to compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. All emails from beycome are intended to fully comply with this Act. To unsubscribe from all future emails, contact us at unsubscribe@beycome.com and we will promptly remove you from all correspondence.

SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and using our Service, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from Beycome Corp. and its affiliates at the number you provided. These messages may include property alerts, appointment reminders, transaction updates, and promotional offers related to our real estate services.

BY USING THE SERVICE AND PROVIDING YOUR MOBILE NUMBER, YOU HEREBY GIVE BEYCOME, AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS, EXPRESS PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT UNDER THE TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (TCPA) TO CONTACT YOU VIA AUTOMATED TEXT MESSAGES. CONSENT IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASE OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity, up to approximately 10 messages per month.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for undelivered messages.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process. The following general retention periods apply:

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account plus up to 7 years after closure, to comply with real estate record-keeping obligations.
  • Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by applicable real estate brokerage regulations.
  • Marketing Data: Retained until you opt out or request deletion, subject to applicable law.
  • Log and Usage Data: Retained for up to 24 months for security and analytics purposes.
  • Cookies and Tracking Data: Retained per cookie type — session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies expire as set (typically 12–24 months).

After the applicable retention period, your Personal Information is securely deleted or anonymized. You may request early deletion by contacting us at contact@beycome.com, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

beycome uses cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our Website and Service, remember your preferences, and deliver relevant content and advertising.

Behavioral Advertising

beycome may use third-party advertising partners, including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook), to serve interest-based advertisements on our Website and on third-party sites. These partners may use cookies, pixel tags, and device identifiers to collect information about your browsing activity across websites over time to show you ads relevant to your interests.

We do not share your name, email, or other directly identifying information with advertising partners without your consent. Information shared is typically anonymized or pseudonymized.

Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads — it means the ads you see will not be personalized based on your browsing behavior.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal that indicates a user's preference not to be tracked across websites. Currently, there is no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. beycome does not currently alter its data collection or use practices in response to DNT signals.

If a legally recognized opt-out mechanism applicable to beycome becomes standard, we will update this Privacy Policy and comply accordingly. In the meantime, you may use the browser-level and advertiser opt-out tools described in the Cookies and Behavioral Advertising sections above.

Florida Privacy Rights (FIPA)

beycome is headquartered in Florida and complies with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), Fla. Stat. § 501.171. Under FIPA:

  • beycome implements reasonable measures to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
  • In the event of a breach of security affecting 500 or more Florida residents, beycome will notify the Florida Department of Legal Affairs within 30 days of determining a breach has occurred.
  • Affected individuals will be notified in the most expedient time possible, without unreasonable delay, and no later than 30 days after determination of the breach.
  • Notification will include a description of the breach, the type of information involved, steps taken to protect against further unauthorized access, and contact information for affected individuals to ask questions.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 30 days (or 45 days for complex requests, with notice). We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. beycome does not charge a fee to process or respond to privacy requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

We offer an AI-powered assistant named Artur to help provide information and guide you through our services. Artur is an automated system powered by artificial intelligence and may generate responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Information provided by Artur is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.

By using Artur, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any output from Artur is not guaranteed to be correct or current;
  • You will not rely solely on Artur for legal, financial, or real estate decisions;
  • beycome shall not be held liable for any actions taken based on information provided by Artur;
