Information Provided at Registration. In order to register for a beycome Account, you must enter your name, email address, and create a password. Alternatively, you may register using your Facebook or Google account — in which case, the applicable third party will provide us with your name, email address, language preference, and profile picture.
Payment Information. To process payments, you will need to provide your name, billing address, and financial instrument information. This information is necessary for us to process your payments as directed.
Supplemental Information. You may provide supplemental information to facilitate buying, selling, or renting a property, including property address, birthdate, government-issued ID, photographs, videos, reviews, and ratings.
UPON UPLOADING ANY IMAGES THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OF THE IMAGES OR HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER TO GRANT BEYCOME A LICENSE. IF YOU CANNOT CERTIFY THIS, DO NOT UPLOAD THE IMAGE.

Generally. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and using our Service, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from Beycome Corp. and its affiliates at the number you provided. These messages may include property alerts, appointment reminders, transaction updates, and promotional offers related to our real estate services.

Data Retention

Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal that indicates a user's preference not to be tracked across websites. Currently, there is no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. beycome does not currently alter its data collection or use practices in response to DNT signals.
If a legally recognized opt-out mechanism applicable to beycome becomes standard, we will update this Privacy Policy and comply accordingly. In the meantime, you may use the browser-level and advertiser opt-out tools described in the Cookies and Behavioral Advertising sections above.
Florida Privacy Rights (FIPA)
beycome is headquartered in Florida and complies with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), Fla. Stat. § 501.171. Under FIPA:
- beycome implements reasonable measures to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
