Buyer agents typically receive a 3% commission paid by the seller or listing agent. When you buy with Beycome, we act as your buyer's agent, collect that commission, and credit back up to two-thirds of it to you. Our revenue is a flat 1%, anything above is returned to you.

We also advise taking a walk-through of your desired neighborhoods before making an offer. Once you're ready, you can get pre-qualified for a loan and send your legally binding offer, all through beycome.com.
