What does Cooperating Broker mean?
A cooperating broker is a real estate agent or broker who works with other agents or brokers in order to sell a property. In most cases, a cooperating broker represents the seller of a property, while the other broker represents the buyer. The two brokers work together to negotiate a sale and facilitate the transaction.
