What does Insulation mean?
A material or system of materials used to reduce the transfer of heat or sound from one area to another. In real estate, insulation is often used to keep buildings warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and to reduce noise transfer between rooms or between the inside and outside of a building. Different types of insulation materials are available, including fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam.
