What does Mediation mean?
Mediation is a way to resolve disputes or disagreements between two or more parties without going to court. A neutral third party, known as a mediator, works with the parties to help them understand each other's perspectives and come to an agreement that everyone can live with. Mediation is often used in real estate disputes to help buyers and sellers come to terms on a purchase or lease agreement.
