What does Subagent mean?
A subagent is a real estate agent who works for another agent or broker. Subagents are typically responsible for finding potential buyers or sellers for a property and then referring them to the primary agent. They may also assist with showing properties, but they do not have the authority to negotiate or make deals on their own. Subagents are typically paid a commission based on the sale of the property.
